Chad did a great job making an opening wall under my stairs and cutting a door to fit the small hole. Then patched up the wall to be repainted and ask willing to refer me to a painter, but I have a Family member that was going to do it for me. after all his hard work, we now have a little spot for my cat to eat and do his business. I am now looking to have him replace my water heater as well.
