Chad vented our microwave for us and it is perfect. Chad was on time, professional and work was done same day. He installed brand new smoke detectors (smoke alarms) throughout the house, reattached our French doors leading into our all-seasons room, and even fixed a light we haven’t been able to use for years. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. His pricing was very reasonable, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Chad saved me. Not only a lot of money, but time and the headache of doing unnecessary work. I'm doing a bathroom remodel and had hired a previous contractor to help with the layout and installation. He indicated the new vanity was six inches wider than the current and it would require moving a wall 6". Then he disappeared. So, I hired Chad to do the job. I hired Chad to disassemble a heavy elliptical trainer (gym equipment), clean, etc and move it to the second floor gym. He did a great job, he was very thorough and a great communicator. Look no further if you need things done around your home! Recently, I had contacted Professional Handyman and Chad came to fix a closet disaster that I had! Those white wire closet, shelves and hangers could not hold all of my jackets. Everything fell down because those shelves pulled away from the wall. Chad asked me to send him a picture and tell him what I wanted done and gave me a quote that day. It was fair and worth his time to get materials and do the project. I really liked that he actually moved my appointment up a few days from what we had scheduled. He texted me the day before to remind me of the time. He arrived right on time and let me know that he was on his way and when he was in my driveway. He also gave me better options than what I had thought I wanted and it made it even more better.
