I would highly recommend Chad to anyone in the Charlotte area. Communication was great right off the bat. He was able to provide a quote based off pictures alone. Super friendly and straightforward. He even sent me video updates of the issue and repair process. He cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the finished product. I will be calling Chad again.
